Undergraduate Research Assistant

Organized and implemented numerous lab techniques in investigating the effects of prenatal exposure to methamphetamine on infant mice. Trained in humane and ethical handling of mice to study changes in behavior due to different prenatal conditions. Assisted in organizing research design and methods of analysis for quantifying mouse behavior and changes in the brain due to prenatal exposure to methamphetamine. Participated in the 2025‑2026 cohort of the University of Florida, College of Medicine's University Scholars Program

Patient Care Assistant

Provided wound care at a level 1 regional burn unit for burn patients and patients with related injuries. Precepted numerous Patient Care Assistants in providing wound care. Collaborated with licensed practical nurses, registered nurses and attendings on patient care Engaged in investigative research and initiated quality improvement changes to improve care provided within the unit.
